TATSEENA
See Tatseena at Tanjia Every Saturday, or come for her special student show the 3rd Thursday of the month. Tatseena is a professional dancer/teacher/choreographer and event producer. Tatseena fell in love with Arabic dance in the early 70's, and spent time in Egypt, Greece, Europe, and the Orient studying dance. Tatseena dances from the heart using popular music, and loves to have fun with her audience. Check out her shows, classes, or the annual Belly Dance Fantasy festival

BASHIRA
Bashira Shaheez has been belly dancing since 1997 and performs classical Egyptian "Raks Sharki" style. She has also studied modern, jazz, Tunisian, Middle Eastern and African folk dance, and performs at private parties such as weddings, graduations, birthdays, and baby showers. JASMINE
Jasmine is an award-winning professional dancer with more than 10 years experience. She has been featured at several top Bay Area restaurants since 1994. She is also a member of the award-winning Raqs Habibi Dance Company. See Jasmine on Fridays at Tanjia.

MELINDA
Melinda is a second-generation belly dancer, and since the age of three, she would sneak into her mother's closet to play dress-up with her coin costumes. Unfortunately, she'd always get found out when she tried to play the finger cymbals! Melinda is a little older now, but still loves to dance. She enjoys sharing her love of the dance with others and will be sure to add a touch of class to any special event. You can see her at Tanjia on Tuesdays and Wedensdays.
